1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using RapidPayStub ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RapidPayStub is a self-service document generation tool that allows users to create pay stubs, W-2 forms, and 1099 forms by entering their own information. We do not file documents with any government agency, verify the accuracy of information you provide, or act as a payroll provider, accountant, or tax preparer.
3. Permitted Use
You may use RapidPayStub only for lawful purposes. You agree that any document generated through the Service will:
- Reflect accurate, truthful information about real earnings, employment, or income
- Not be used to misrepresent income or employment status to a lender, landlord, government agency, or any other third party
- Not be used for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of any document you create using the Service.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to promptly update it if it changes.
5. Payments and Pricing
Pricing for each plan is listed on our Pricing page. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already completed.
6. No Professional Advice
RapidPayStub does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Documents generated through the Service should not be treated as a substitute for guidance from a licensed accountant, payroll professional, or attorney.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RapidPayStub and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from inaccurate information entered by users or misuse of generated documents.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, including any user found to be using the Service for fraudulent purposes.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
